Rent is $870 per month, and utilities are every other month (usually around $30). Air conditioning and heating is provided. There is also a balcony, gorgeous natural lighting, and kitchen amenities (fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, and dishwasher). There are also no next door neighbors so there have never been any complaints about noisy neighbors. The apartment is about a five minute walking distance from main campus. If needed, I can provide a bed with built in storage for clothes.
