Hi! I am hoping to transfer my lease/sublease at Tusk Villas for the summer! From now- July 31, (Dates are flexible/Can be extended to the rest of the fall semester or full year). It’s a dorm-like, all female, housing. (You dont have to be a USC student) you would be in a triple with two other roommates. (But they’re both out for most/all of the summer so you’ll primarily have the space to yourself) the bathrooms are shared but extremely clean and are cleaned regularly. Rent is $985 per month plus $205 utilities and an optional $150 furnish fee (including a twin bed, desk, drawers, and dresser).
