650 Landfair August Sublet

Looking to sublet an entire 1-bed 1-bath apartment in Westwood, CA, for August with space for up to three subletters. It is extremely close to the UCLA campus and Westwood. The apartment is 800 square feet with hardwood floors and AC/heat. The unit has a full kitchen, including refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave. Included in the price is one large parking spot in a gated lot below the apartment, gas, water, and trash. You will be responsible for paying for electricity and internet. The unit has great natural lighting and will come partially furnished with beds (max of 2), plates/utensils, a couch, and a small kitchen table. (The photos are from previous renters.)
