Roebling - FULL PROPERTY LEASE (LOOKING FOR 3 TENANTS)

Hi. My roommates and I are deciding to commute this upcoming year instead since we have co-ops for 2 quarters. We are looking for 3 tenants to take over our lease. The apartment is on 10982 Roebling Avenue, and is a fully-furnished 3-person apt (1b1b). All the furniture and everything has been replaced just this month, and the bunk bed will be changed to individual twin beds as well! There are multiple amenities as well: gym, lounge with pool, ping pong tables, basketball court, parking spots, etc! Please DM if interested. The lease is between September-June!
