Looking for Female Summer Subletter! I'm looking to sublet a spot in a shared room from mid-May to the end of August. Details: All female 2 bed/1.5 bath apartment on Kelton Ave in Westwood Rent is $1200 a month plus utilities (~$60), May would be pay by day basis Half bath is connected to the room being subleased Fully furnished apartment, including a TV, high speed wifi, pool access, and balcony Appliances available including dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, air fryer, and coffee maker.
