Currently lives 4 (2 people per room), but wiling to discuss accommodating 1 person per room. Utilities usually come out to ~$75/month per person. Includes water, power, and wifi. Fully furnished, including: TV, sofa, 3 high chairs, 2 tables, bed and desk (1 per subletter), storage chests (2 per subletter), trash can. Large pantry, fridge with water dispenser and ice maker, dishwasher. In-unit, full-size washer and dryer, free to use.
