Looking for 1-2 female subleasers to take over one room of our 3b3b apartment for fall 2026! (September - December) The room can be subleased as either a double ($1250 each) or single ($2500) It is fully furnished, has a kitchen, living area, washer and dryer in unit, and a private bathroom. We also have a single parking spot available for an additional $200/month. There's also an outdoor patio space, a gym, and a study/lounge area downstairs! Please let me know if you are interested!
