Hi! I'm looking for a female subleaser for Fall 2026. The apartment is located at 11090 Ophir Dr and the room is a single/double with a PRIVATE full bathroom. The apartment is fully furnished, with an in-unit washer and dryer, refrigerator (shared between tenants in room), full kitchen, access to massive apartment balcony, and a parking spot. The unit is 5 beds and 4 bathrooms located on the 2nd floor via elevator and stair access. Monthly rent would be $995 +utilities for a double, $1690 + utilities for a single (~30 a month). Sublet would be from September-January.
