Female sublease needed starting now!!!! Hi! I'm looking for a female subleaser to take over my rent at 10923 Strathmore Dr. this fall quarter while I am studying abroad in Copenhagen. Flexible start and end dates anytime from September to December 2026. Rent is $950 per month (down from $1,200), with all utilities included!! I have a large, pre-furnished double bedroom with a private bathroom and private balcony facing a courtyard. It is in a spacious and newly renovated 12-girl unit with a group of responsible UCLA students and post-grads!
