Hello everyone! I’m currently looking for someone to take over my portion of the lease for the summer. The apartment is super spacious with a large living room, balcony, and big kitchen. It’s a 2 bed / 2 bath apartment, and the bedroom comes with its own private bathroom and two large closets with plenty of storage space. My roommates are all very kind and respectful, and the apartment is in a great location. It’s within walking distance to Westwood and very close to campus, plus conveniently located near the freeway as well. There is also in-unit laundry, and parking is available.
