The building is about 0.6 miles from UCLA (roughly an 11-12 minute walk), so it's an easy commute to campus and Westwood Village. The apartment is fully furnished and has a large double-height living room, a full modern kitchen, a TV/lounge area, and bathrooms with a tub. You'll share the bedroom with one male roommate and live with five male roommates total in the unit. Utilities are separate and split among the tenants. This is a fixed-term fall-quarter sublease, available for move-in as soon as possible through the end of UCLA fall quarter on December 11.
