Double Occupancy for Girls

MOVE IN READY! My roommate and I are currently studying abroad from Sept to December! We are looking for someone to occupy a double! Details about the lease: • Address 555 Kelton Ave Unit K201 • 2 bed, 1.5 bath • $950/month rent for each subletter (via Venmo/zelle etc) • Rent is due on the 1st of each month (no grace period) • Sublease begins September 6 and ends December 31. (This is subject to change based on moving arrangements we will agree on) • Utilities are based on usage (est $100-200/month split by tenants) • WiFi $50/month split by tenants • Furnishings for bedroom being subleased: 2x bed frame, mattress, desk, chair • Roommate agreements will be made • Parking is $150 - available upon request
