Kelton Towers Apartments

Hello! I'm looking for one female subletter to occupy my 1B/1B apartment (you will have one roommate) in Westwood Los Angeles on 515 Kelton Ave from July 1- September 19 (flexible dates). (I can also make it a single if you are willing to take on the full rent) It's walking distance to UCLA campus and Westwood Village. Rent: $1192.5 each+utility bills - August rent is pro-rated to $1225 each due to lease renewal (rent increased for 25-26 lease) - September rent is $1240 each (new lease rent) - There is also a $350 administrative fee per Sub-lessee to management for subletting. (I am willing to cover this fee) Apartment Features: -living room (couch and TV), kitchen (oven, fridge, microwave included), and balcony attached to living room -laundry washer and dryer in building -swimming pool, hot tub, study lounge Room Features: -walk in closet -furnished room (beds, desk, etc) -spacious bathroom I'm happy to share any pictures/videos or give an in-person tour!
