Looking for a female to take over my SINGLE DEN on Kelton available starting mid-December to mid June 2026 (flexible) 1 bed/1 den/1 bath furnished apartment with Wifi The single den is your own private space (bed, small desk/nightstand, closet, and TV) Shared spaces are the bathroom, kitchen, and living room 8 minutes from De Neve/Bruin Walk (13 from bear statue) You will be sharing the place with 2 other female housemates (ucla students) living in the other bedroom. Rent is originally 1550 + (utilities not included) but I am very willing to negotiate this.
