Single/Double for a Guy

Hi! I'm subletting a double or single to a guy in Unit 201 of 540 Landfair for this coming summer because I will be working outside of LA. This is a 6 bedroom 6.5 bathroom modern spacious apartment with in unit laundry, central AC and heating, fully equipped kitchen with plenty of fridge space (6 large fridges in the apartment). Great location very near campus (11 minute walk to Ackerman Union on Google Maps). Roommates are very friendly and clean junior and senior guys who go to UCLA. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions! Rent is 1100/month per person for a double or 2200/month for a single, but I’m open to any reasonable offers so please reach out!
