Spring & Summer Sublease Opportunity Looking for someone to take over my spacious room in a 2 bed / 2 bath apartment starting late March/start of April, with flexible options to stay through the summer and beyond! Move-In: End of March or start of April (flexible dates, reach out to discuss) Sublease Term: From March to end of August (can stay just for summer or longer) Rent: $1,175/person with 1 roommate and 2 housemates Parking: 2 parking spots included with rent. Additional parking available at $175/spot/month. If you move in at the end of March, you can stay through spring & summer and potentially take over the lease long-term. Furnished for the summer. The apartment includes beds, desks, and a dining table during the sublease period. If you plan to stay beyond the summer and sign a new lease, some furniture (beds, desks, etc.) may be available for purchase from the current tenants — just ask!
