The Wilshire Villa

Hi everyone! :) I’m looking for a subletter for my apartment this summer. It’s perfect for students or interns near UCLA, and I’m flexible on dates and rent! Here are the details: • Dates: Within Mid-June to late-September 2025 • Rent: $950/month, includes all utilities – WiFi, water, trash, electricity Location: • Westwood, Los Angeles – walkable and safe area near UCLA • Multiple bus stops nearby, with both UCLA and public buses • Only a 15 min walk to UCLA South Campus • For groceries, only a 5 min walk to 99 Ranch and 10 min walk to Trader Joe’s and Ralph’s Room: • Shared double in a spacious 2 bed / 2 bath apartment (over 1000 sq ft total – very spacious for Westwood) • En-suite bathroom (only sharing with one roommate) • Approx. 200–205 sq ft, not including the bathroom • Girls only (as you will have a female roommate) unless you’re subletting both me and my roommate’s spots together • Fully furnished with bed, adjustable standing desk, adjustable chair, clothes rack, and side table • Very nice view from the desk – trees and mountains! • Tons of sunlight • Lots of storage space – under-bed clearance fits items up to 14 inches in height (so even large luggages can fit) AND we have a pretty big walk-in closet too • A/C, heater, and fan Apartment • Quiet, clean, and safe • Balcony in the apartment • Laundry room right across the corridor – basically as good as in-unit • Huge TV and comfy couch in the living room • Only 3 people total in the apartment • Housemates are screened – clean, considerate, and not smokers • Fully stocked kitchen – oven, microwave, air fryer, rice cooker, dishwasher, and pretty much all you need to cook • Rooftop terrace with a swimming pool – perfect for summer!
