Our apartment is 2bed 2bath in Tiverton Court (across the street from Ralph's!) and we are looking for 2 female subletters for A session and 1 for C session (LGBTQ+ women and NBs welcome, DM me if you have questions) to share a triple. Two of us are moving out and one roommate is staying for her gap year before grad school. About the apartment: - Across the street from Ralph's, <10 minute walk to South Campus - Completely furnished (couch, tables, kitchenware, beds, desks, etc) - Attached bathroom, large closet - Gas stove, dishwasher, microwave included - Parking space included - Laundry on each floor, $3.75 per load - Cheap utilities (~$20 a month per person) - Pets allowed with approval from landlord - Gas fireplace - No smoking allowed in the ENTIRE BUILDING - 2 bedrooms, one double and one triple.
