Subleasing room in 2b2b; each room is a double so you would have one direct roommate (four people in the entirety of the apartment). You would share a bathroom with the individual as well. Your specific side can be seen in the image attached. Fully furnished communal spaces, kitchen and room. Looking to sublet from early June to end of September. Close to campus and ~5 minute walk to Target, Ralphs, Trader Joes. Rent is ~$1100 not including utilities. Let me know if you have any questions! Parking spot is also available for additional cost.
