Hi!! I am subletting my room at the Atrium Apartments in Westwood LA. It’s a two bedroom two bathroom apartment, but the room can be rented out as a double or single. The room is currently priced at $2500 per month but happy to negotiate, and move in date preferably anytime from June 12 - Sept 20 but also flexible! The apartment is fully furnished with AC, a dishwasher, and balcony. The building has a gym and rooftop with a hot tub and grill.
